We are interested in importing timber from Canada, since we have almost no forests.
In what quantities can you deliver it? And for what price?

I believe we can arrange that.
We have ample means of transportation and deliverance, but we must ask what quantity you need before we can give you a price or estimate of availability.

We would like it to be imported by large seaships, from your seahabor(fil me in which) to Rotterdam. We would like to start with 1,000 tons of timber per 3 months.

I believe we can supply you with that amount, although it would have to be every six months. It would be exported through the Port of Halifax to Rotterdam; we can arrange shipping should you wish or you may pick it up yourselves. We await your response.

Could it be the half of it every 3 months then? Our trade fleet will load up the timber in Port of Halifax.

Yes, that would be fine. The shipment will be ready to load one (1) month from tomorrow. We hope this ushers in a long and prosperous trading relationship between our peoples.
