PREAMBLE
We, the Peoples of the United Nations on this planet Earth determine:
· To free the world of the scourge of war, recognizing that it has claimed many lives in the past, and in the present
· To promote the fundamental equality of all human beings, regardless of race, gender, religious belief, nationality and creed
· To bring the basic principles of freedom to all human beings
· To ensure the end of the use of aggressive armed force. Recognizing that only such force will be used for the common good upon agreement of these United Nations
· To promote social and economic advancement of all peoples
Having determined these five basic principles, we, the peoples of these United Nations having exhibited our full powers, having agreed to uphold these basic principles, hereby proclaim the establishment of an organization which shall henceforth be known as the United Nations.

iv. The Assembly shall have the right, at any time, to dissolve the office of Secretary General and to elect a new Secretary General to serve.
ARTICLE III
1. Should a dispute come before the assembly, three (3) representatives, whose nations are neutral and without part in the conflict, shall be appointed by the Secretary General to serve as impartial judges on a conditional basis.
i. Each judge shall be free, upon review of the evidence, to render any decision based upon his/her good judgment.
